Job summary

Ambica International Corporation in Pasay is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for a pharmaceutical company across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Support functions. On-site, full-time with 1-3 years’ experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

You will partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry roles, talent market trends, and workforce planning.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment Management: develop and implement sourcing strategies, manage volume and leadership recruitment, ensure vacancies are filled within SLAs, monitor recruitment metrics.
• Stakeholder Partnership: partner with department heads and hiring managers, provide regular hiring status updates.
• Talent Sourcing and Employer Branding: build talent pipelines, use multiple sourcing channels, support employer branding, represent the company at career events.
• Process Improvement and Compliance: ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, maintain records, improve efficiency and candidate experience, assist HR audits.
• Onboarding Support: coordinate onboarding, monitor new hire integration and probationary periods, ensure pre-employment requirements are completed.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field
