Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter to handle inbound, active candidate processing and screening, presenting the most qualified candidates for interviews. You may manage a requisition load and work with the Hiring Manager and TABPs to source top talent.

You will convey the client’s EVP, discuss roles, and maintain strong candidate engagement while supporting high-volume hiring initiatives across projects.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience in candidate selection and use of applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Schedules candidate interviews with Hiring Manager.
• Posts job requisitions on job boards and screens applicants.
• Maintains relationships with subject matter experts for optimization.
• Identifies sourcing opportunities and participates in discovery meetings.
• Uses screening criteria to identify qualified candidates and communicates updates.
