Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Manager in the Philippines to design and execute recruitment strategies that align with business needs. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with leaders to address manpower and talent requirements.

The role demands 5–7 years of recruitment experience, a strong focus on high-volume hiring, and the ability to drive sourcing and employer branding initiatives while delivering quality hires on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with supervisory/managerial duties.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and high-volume hiring experience.
• Proven record of managing and developing recruitment teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies and best practices.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to hit targets.
• Build talent pipelines for critical, high-volume roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
• Drive employer branding and sourcing through multiple channels.
• Provide insights to hiring managers and address staffing challenges.
