Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead the Recruitment Service Delivery teams across Cebu and Davao. You will drive onboarding excellence, governance, and operational alignment to meet enterprise workforce needs while ensuring compliant, scalable recruitment service delivery.

You will partner with Recruitment Delivery and Operations teams, implement risk controls in offer management, oversee end‑to‑end contracts, and coach a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• BS / BA degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years of operational support experience.
• 3-5 years people management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Expert level proficiency with making cold calls and profiling candidates' skills and motivations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Recruitment Service Delivery team to ensure onboarding support across the organization.
• Partner with Recruitment Delivery and Operations teams to drive alignment and optimize processes.
• Champion and implement preventive controls in the Offer Management process.
• Oversee the end-to-end Offer Management lifecycle across all locations, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Provide leadership to ensure governance and compliance standards for contracts, pre-employment requirements, medical exams, background verification, and records management.
• Drive operational excellence by establishing service delivery standards, controls, and process improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Recruitment Service Delivery team.
• Identify and implement learning and career growth opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to address onboarding and recruitment service delivery challenges while enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and audits throughout recruitment and onboarding processes.
