Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Prior supervision experience in this capacity.

Responsibilities

• Partners with recruiting team to ensure their team is meeting expectations.
• Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine required qualifications for candidates.
• Coaches team on developing and maintaining a network of contacts to identify qualified candidates.
• Initiates contact with potential candidates to conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
• Drives continuous improvement for team through trend reporting and metrics management.
• Maintains positive team culture and suggests improvements across practices.
• Exchanges knowledge with Recruiting team to share best practices.
