Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through onboarding, with a focus on Shared Services and Retail functions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and proven ability to build recruitment strategies, lead a team, and drive employer branding, process improvements, and high-volume hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with managerial or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in Shared Services and Retail recruitment.
• Background in Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for FMCG, QSR, Retail, or large-scale organizations is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading talent attraction and employer branding initiatives.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
• Candidates with extensive ATS exposure but strong Excel and manual tracking skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring requirements.
• Lead recruitment for Shared Services and Retail functions, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, recruitment platforms, and external networks.
• Lead talent attraction and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's presence in the talent market.
• Develop recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract high-quality candidates across various channels.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and sourcing effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and organized applicant records and recruitment reports using an ATS or manual tracking processes.
• Utilize Excel extensively for applicant tracking, recruitment reporting, workforce monitoring, and data analysis.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide appropriate recruitment solutions.
• Manage recruitment vendors, agencies, and external hiring partners when necessary.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, processes, and overall hiring efficiency.
• Lead and mentor recruitment team members, providing guidance on sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and recruitment best practices.
