Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive recruitment delivery and strategic partnership across assigned functions. You will translate workforce priorities into hiring plans, oversee requisitions from intake to offer, and guide recruitment teams to ensure high-quality and timely outcomes.

You will supervise recruiters and sourcing partners, maintain governance, and collaborate with business leaders to optimize workforce strategies while promoting candidate experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition leadership.
• Experience supporting multi-country/global recruitment environments.
• Strong ability to advise hiring managers on intake, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Knowledge of ATS usage, recruitment reporting, and governance controls.

Responsibilities
