Responsibilities

• Workforce planning with capability leaders to align with business strategy.
• Lead succession planning for critical roles to ensure leadership continuity.
• Drive HR strategy and culture change through HR CoEs and interventions.
• Collaborate with Strategic HRBP and business on organizational development and budget planning.
• Provide data-driven insights for people management, leadership development and culture alignment.
• Drive leadership development programs and career progression for key talent.
• Lead or support major organizational changes including restructurings or M&A, and cultural transformation.
• Partner with talent acquisition to create long-term hiring strategies.
