Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned hiring areas, collaborating closely with hiring managers, recruiters, sourcing partners and HR teams. You will manage intake discussions, sourcing coordination, screening, interview scheduling, offers, and recruitment administration with a focus on quality and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closure.
• Experience in IT and technology hiring within an IT services or tech-driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and process expectations.
• Coordinate recruitment activity with sourcing partners, hiring teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Review pipeline quality, interview progress, and hiring bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow service levels, governance standards, and recruitment operating rhythms.
