Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning.
• Collaborative, with ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, analytical and organized.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana, Oracle SQL, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform deep dive root cause analysis of delivery/manufacturing performance to identify areas of concern.
• Identify delivery risk and operational performance issues and provide weekly highlights.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues and improve performance.
• Communicate escalation status to BU, SCM Top management, and factory management.
• Be aware of and uphold environmental, health and safety policies.
