Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Manufacturing/Supply Chain Analyst to work with cross-functional teams to identify constraints in manufacturing processes, address root causes, and implement process and systems improvements to ensure timely delivery of ADI parts.

Escalate issues to SCM management when decisions are required. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related field, 3+ years in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related discipline.
3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning with manufacturing exposure.
Industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage (optional).

Responsibilities

Perform deep dive root cause analysis of delivery/manufacturing performance to identify areas of concern.
Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance; provide weekly highlights.
Identify process/system gaps through A3 and drive permanent improvements.
Present findings and recommendations to management for decision and issue resolutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues and improve performance.
Take ownership and drive results with customer satisfaction in mind.
