Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Analyst to work with cross functional teams, identify constraints or gaps in manufacturing processes, address root causes, and recommend improvements to ensure timely delivery of ADI parts.

They will expedite parts escalated by top customers and communicate issues to SCM top management for rapid resolution. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or related field, with 3+ years in semiconductor supply

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or related discipline.
3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role.
Proficient with SAP S4/Hana, Oracle SQL, Tableau or Power BI; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Identify constraints or gaps in manufacturing processes and address root causes.
Recommend process and systems improvements to ensure delivery of ADI parts.
Expedite parts escalated by top customers and communicate issues to SCM top management for rapid resolution.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues and improve performance.
