Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking an Associate Analyst in Supply Chain Planning based in Cavite, Philippines. You will monitor on-time delivery, manage parts and customer accounts, and coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to resolve constraints and meet commitments.

You will analyze delivery gaps, forecast needs, and prepare root-cause analyses for escalations. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or MES systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering, supply chain, business or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, detail oriented and analytical; proactive and resourceful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive on-time delivery to meet customer commitments.
• Manage parts and customer accounts; communicate delivery status proactively.
• Analyze CRD and FCD gaps; conduct constraint analysis and forecast/supply reviews.
• Identify supply risks; resolve bottlenecks and escalate as needed.
• Prepare root cause and corrective action reports for escalations.
• Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics to fulfill commitments.
