Qualifications

• Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related discipline.
• Industry certification or strong scholastic record is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end module/PCBA planning with cross-functional teams to align demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Identify constraints across manufacturing, component supply and assembly; perform root cause analysis and drive resolutions.
• Maintain regular reporting of delivery performance, risks, and key metrics; update stakeholders and management.
