Job summary

• Ability to manage cross-functional coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for customers via Sales, Cust Ops and CSRs on supply status, demand alignment, and delivery commitments.
• Proactively manage and communicate supply versus demand to ensure transparency and reliable order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer expedites, pull-ins, and inquiries with clear and accurate supply updates.
• Develop and execute feasible manufacturing and delivery schedules that support customer priorities and business commitments.
• Ensure customer order due dates and transfer plans are met, while addressing risks.
• Partner with factory, planning, and cross-functional teams to drive supply chain improvements that enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and improve customer supply experience KPIs, including on-time delivery and responsiveness to inquiries.
• Execute real-time order allocation decisions in line with planning guidelines and ensure fair treatment of customers.
• Basic Leadership skills - coaching / mentoring
