Job summary

The Analyst shall work with cross-functional teams to identify constraints in manufacturing and address root causes to ensure timely delivery of ADI parts.

They will expedite escalated parts, communicate issues to SCM top management, and lead cross-functional teams to improve performance, with a focus on safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana, Oracle SQL, Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of delivery/manufacturing performance to identify concerns.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Communicate status updates of escalations to management.
• Own defined role and drive results with customer satisfaction in mind.
