Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Production Engineering or related field (advantage if certified).
3+ years’ experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning with manufacturing exposure.
Collaborative and able to motivate cross-functional teams toward goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented, analytical, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, Oracle SQL, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management.

Responsibilities

Perform deep dive root cause analyses of delivery/manufacturing performance to identify areas of concern.
Analyze delivery risk and operational performance; provide weekly highlights.
Identify process/system gaps via A3 and drive improvements and permanent fixes.
Present findings and recommendations to management for decisions and resolutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues and improve performance.
Own defined responsibilities with accountability and drive customer-focused results.
