Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in e‑commerce, loyalty programs, or vendor management.
• Proven success in managing high‑growth partner relationships within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce technologies and the ability to adopt new platforms quickly.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable rebate structures and margin improvements.
• Full fluency in both English and Tagalog for effective local and global stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end supplier network in the Philippines to align with GRS business goals.
• Build long-term partnerships to ensure strict adherence to order SLAs and service standards.
• Maximize profitability by managing vendor rebates, incentive programs, and extra margins.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop competitive pricing and co-marketing initiatives.
• Provide suppliers with strategic guidance on product positioning and operational efficiency.
• Optimize procurement workflows by leading cross‑departmental improvement projects.
• Represent the organization at industry trade events and virtual showcases to identify new partners.
