Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager in Pasay City, Philippines, to lead end-to-end supplier networks and partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing and co-marketing. This on‑site night‑shift role emphasizes strong negotiation, vendor management, and procurement optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in e‑commerce, loyalty programs, or vendor management.
• Proven success in managing high‑growth partner relationships within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce technologies and the ability to adopt new platforms quickly.
• Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable rebate structures and margin improvements.
• Full fluency in both English and Tagalog for effective local and global stakeholder management.

• Build long-term partnerships to ensure strict adherence to order SLAs and service standards.
• Maximize profitability by managing vendor rebates, incentive programs, and extra margins.

• Provide suppliers with strategic guidance on product positioning and operational efficiency.
• Optimize procurement workflows by leading cross‑departmental improvement projects.
