Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking a dedicated Supplier Relations Specialist in Metro Manila to drive accreditation, onboarding, and ongoing supplier performance evaluations. You will ensure data integrity in the AX system, prepare SCPE reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to close gaps and optimize the supplier pool.

Qualifications

• Graduate of 4-5 year course in university.
• Experience with data entry and data gathering preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accuracy and timely completion of Supplier Accreditation Process with effective communications to stakeholders about status of requests.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on supplier onboarding rating to mitigate risk and optimize vendor pool.
• Accountable for data integrity of Supplier master in AX system ensuring all active suppliers are accredited and meet standards.
• Perform semi/annual Supplier Performance Evaluation and prepare SCPE reports; gather feedback and establish SCAP addressing issues.
• Produce error-free work materials ensuring data and documents are consistent and compliant with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through analytics and team collaboration.
• Ensure all Supplier Engagement Processes are completed within Turnaround Time (accreditation, reaccreditation, credit limit, bidding/negotiation, supplier performance review, hygiene audits).
• Perform other duties related to Supplier Relationship Management.
