Job summary

Okada Manila is seeking an experienced SRM/Procurement Lead to manage supplier lifecycle, drive accreditation and evaluation programs, and lead a team of SRM specialists. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, ensure document compliance, and implement improvement plans for supplier performance and risk mitigation.

The role requires strong project coordination, end-user training experience, and solid knowledge of ERP procurement workflows. Based in Metro Manila with on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, SCM, Procurement, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in vendor management or procurement; 1 year in supervision.
• Experience with supplier lifecycle management and performance evaluation.
• Experience with SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA MM preferred.
• Hospitality, gaming, or large-scale service operations experience is a plus.

Job description

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Processes supplier invitation & registration to accreditation, including securing vendor's pertinent documents (legal, financial, regulatory and business), undergoing audits (e.g. hygiene), qualification, conducting supplier assessment report in coordination with risks, and accreditation.
• Leads the execution of the annual supplier evaluation program, including refinement of evaluation criteria, coordination with internal departments, consolidation of results, and communication of outcomes to vendors.
• Identifies suppliers with performance deficiencies or compliance gaps by initiating and overseeing the development and implementation of CAPA plans, track resolution, and elevate unresolved issues to the Manager as needed.
• Manages the supplier document maintenance program, ensuring systematic tracking of document validity, timely renewal reminders, and prompt updating of supplier records in the Supplier.Bid portal.
• Prepares and presents periodic operational reports on supplier accreditation status, evaluation results, CAPA progress, document compliance, and key issues, including analysis and recommendations for improvement.
• Plans, organizes, and facilitates orientations and trainings for requesting divisions, and users, and newly accredited suppliers regarding SRM policies, Supplier.Bid portal usage, accreditation requirements, and compliance expectations.
• Supports SRM-related project planning and implementation, including process enhancements, system updates, user acceptance testing, rollout coordination, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to SRM Specialists through on-the-job guidance, quality review, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback to strengthen capability and service delivery.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the Management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):

• Productivity - number of transactions completed
• Turn-around time - from invitation to accreditation
• Vendors document updated on time and completely to maintain accredited status
• Projects completed on time and within the scope required
• Compliance to SOP and company rules and regulations

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or any related degree program
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PISM CPP) is an advantage

Experience Requirement:

• At least three to five years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain, with at least one year in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Hands-on experience with supplier lifecycle management, vendor qualification processes, supplier performance evaluation frameworks, and document compliance monitoring
• Experience with supplier management platforms or ERP systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and supplier portals is strongly preferred
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, or large-scale service operations is an advantage
• Exposure to project planning, process improvement, end-user training, or system implementation initiatives is preferred

• Proficiency in ERP-based procurement workflows, particularly SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA MM modules
• Ability to analyze supplier performance and compliance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations and improvement plans
• Working knowledge of project coordination, process mapping, and SOP documentation
