Job summary

Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a Buyer/Purchaser to support the purchasing process by maintaining tools and data, canvassing suppliers, negotiating terms, and identifying suppliers with favorable conditions.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Experience in using SAP is an advantage.
Must be willing to work in Makati City / Fulltime Onsite

Responsibilities

The Buyer/Purchaser supports the purchasing process through maintaining purchasing tools and data, preparing canvassing, negotiating and identifying suppliers who can supply goods with best buying terms.
In charge of ensuring the supplier business relationship, follow-up and may be responsible by delegation for purchasing activity for a given portfolio or for an entity with a limited impact.
