Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle SSC (Philippines), Inc. (JLLSPI) is seeking a procurement professional to support the APAC team lead and stakeholders from our Taguig office. You will help manage procurement activities globally, build relationships, and ensure timely, accurate records and reports.

The role emphasizes supplier onboarding, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience with exposure to procurement services and practices.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support to the APAC Team Lead and stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.
• Coordinate with account teams for smooth handovers and procurement activities.
• Create and monitor supplier performance scorecards and reports.
• Facilitate supplier onboarding across platforms (Aravo, Corrigo).
• Assist with contract administration and PO processing.
