Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, solid Excel skills, and experience with Jaggaer or equivalent platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management experience.
• Experience across facilities management procurement service categories (cleaning, security, maintenance, trades).
• Professional English fluency - written and verbal communication.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) for FM service categories.
• Develop tender documentation including scope of works, specifications, evaluation criteria, and terms.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform sourcing strategies and supplier selection.
• Manage tender timelines, supplier communications, and evaluation processes.
• Prepare tender analysis reports, matrices, and commercial recommendations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate tender briefings, site visits, and supplier Q&A sessions.
• Monitor vendor compliance and risk management activities.
• Maintain contracts and documentation in Jaggaer and ensure audit readiness.
• Generate procurement reports including spend analysis and dashboards.
