Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead talent attraction for specialized and hard-to-fill BPO roles. You will develop targeted sourcing initiatives and campaigns to build a strong pipeline for critical hiring needs, partnering with stakeholders across programs.

As a Manager-level position, you will oversee sourcing and recruitment marketing, apply data-driven insights, and drive cost-effective hiring outcomes while working onsite every day.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent sourcing experience, esp. for specialized/hard-to-fill BPO roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in project implementation, presentations, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical and critical-thinking abilities with innovative recruitment approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive sourcing, and AI tools.
• Organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strategic, creative thinker focused on hiring objectives.
• Strong leadership to guide a team in fast-paced environments.
• Willing to work onsite daily.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted online and offline sourcing initiatives for specialized openings.
• Establish and maintain talent pools and candidate databases aligned with technical hiring needs.
• Lead planning and execution of sourcing and recruitment marketing campaigns for programs/clients.
• Partner with Recruitment Operations, client vendors, and internal teams to align on priorities and provide direction.
• Monitor and report results from sourcing initiatives with data-driven insights.
• Lead specialized hiring campaigns and guide the sourcing team, managing costs and cost-per-hire.
• Stay updated on emerging sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies; share knowledge within the team.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and sustainable talent strategies.
