• 5+ years’ background in talent sourcing for specialized roles in BPO hiring.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong track record in project implementation, team presentation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish sourcing activities online and offline to attract candidates.
• Create a candidate profile database for technical or specialized programs.
• Plan and implement sourcing and marketing campaigns aligned to client requirements.
• Collaborate with recruitment operations, client vendors, and internal sourcing teams.
• Consolidate, track, and report on initiatives; provide recommendations and analysis.
