Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent sourcing for BPO hiring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong track record in project implementation and analysis
• Creative problem solving and strategic thinking
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools
• Familiar with virtual recruitment methods (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting)

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing activities online and offline to attract candidates
• Build a candidate profile database for technical or special programs
• Lead sourcing and marketing campaigns aligned to client requirements
• Collaborate with recruitment operations, client vendors and internal teams
• Consolidate and report on initiatives; provide recommendations and insights
• Build and manage specialized hiring campaigns while controlling cost-per-hire
• Share learnings and foster collaborative learning within the team
• Implement process improvements and develop plans to enhance hiring capabilities
