Accenture in the Philippines is seeking experienced procurement professionals to lead sourcing initiatives across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle. You will develop category strategies, drive negotiations, and deliver business value through strategic procurement solutions.

Roles can be at Specialist or Associate Manager level based on experience, with responsibilities spanning RFx management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement transformation leveraging AI tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supply chain, or procurement consulting.
• Hands-on experience managing sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and commercial evaluation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects across multiple spend categories.
• Develop category strategies, sourcing roadmaps, and opportunity pipelines aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct supplier market research, financial analysis, commercial assessments, and benchmarking activities.
• Manage RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and client leadership teams.
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives and continuous process improvements.
• Leverage AI-enabled and digital procurement tools to improve sourcing efficiency and decision-making.
• Support business case development, due diligence, contract assessments, and procurement advisory engagements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, and risk management standards.
• Mentor team members and share procurement best practices across the organization.
