Qualifications

• Three to five years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• College degree preferred.
• Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve recruitment goals by effectively managing sourcing activities to develop a pool of qualified candidates.
• Oversee the operation of the channel ensuring that leads are endorsed and processed in real time.
• Provide daily reports; ensure quality and target number of leads.
• Lead sourcing activities such as open houses, virtual and partner engagement, career talks and roadshows.
• Communicate with Sourcing Assistant Manager on challenges and fulfillment plans.
