Job summary

Everise, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support US recruitment efforts from Manila. You will coordinate background checks, manage candidate offers, and guide candidates through onboarding while maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.

You will work a night shift with a flexible schedule, and may be required to work from BGC, Taguig or remotely from Metro Manila with provided equipment and IT support.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of US recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and schedule a workflow to meet hiring deadlines.
• Maintain the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and monitors background checks.
• Facilitates candidate offers and onboarding requirements.
• Collects documents and coordinates hiring-related activities.
• Conducts regular audit checks to ensure consistency and compliance of the TA process.
• Attends New Hire Orientation and represents TA team as necessary.
• Other TA administrative duties as assigned by TA Supervisor
