Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking a Specialist - Talent Acquisition to support the Recruiting Team with administrative duties and active participation in all recruiting processes.

The role includes screening resumes, coordinating interviews, supporting job fairs and postings in Taleo, and coordinating background checks and onboarding activities. Schedule begins five days a week, with potential changes per operation.

Responsibilities

• The position schedule shall initially be five (5) days a week, Monday to Friday. Depending on operational requirements, you may be assigned to any work schedule, required to work additional hours or days in a week, or transferred to other jobs and locations that may be given by your Immediate Supervisor.
• Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
• Assists with screening applicant/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
• Assists recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
• Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
• Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hires Onboarding progress and schedule new employee orientation classes
