Job summary

LeadAdvisors is seeking a Social Media Specialist to own daily content output across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for LeadAdvisors and sub-brands (VLT, BPO Relations). You will work async with a remote-first team and report to the Digital & Marketing Lead.

You will plan posts, manage calendars in Notion, respond to comments within SLA, and analyze monthly performance to meet targets. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of brand social experience and strong English writing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years owning a brand's social presence.
• Analytics-driven reporting and dashboards.
• Ability to adapt voice across multiple brands.
• Proficiency with Canva or Figma for visuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish 4-6 social posts per week per active brand, on brand voice and visually consistent.
• Manage the content calendar in Notion, including approval workflow with the Digital lead.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and tags within SLA (4 business hours).
• Run and report monthly performance — reach, engagement rate, follower growth, lead clicks — against targets.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, and paid media teams to amplify hero content.
• Maintain the brand asset library and ensure every post follows the LeadAdvisors brand system.
• Test 1 new format or platform feature per month and document what worked.
