Job summary
Symbos is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to bridge business requirements and technical delivery for clients across APAC. This role emphasizes solution analysis, design, and guiding teams through implementation rather than hands-on development.
You will work with stakeholders, Product Owners and developers to translate requirements into practical ServiceNow designs, assess impacts, and provide clear direction throughout delivery.
Qualifications
- Three+ years in ServiceNow consulting, solution analysis or similar
- Demonstrated ability translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow designs
- Knowledge of ITSM and/or CSM and platform capabilities
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow solution options
- Assess impacts across ITSM, CSM, data, security, workflows and integrations
- Prepare clear functional and technical designs for devs
- Advise stakeholders on platform capability and trade-offs
- Provide design guidance during build and resolve questions with the team
- Support testing, defect analysis and implementation readiness
- Promote standard ServiceNow capability and maintainability
- Keep solution documentation and key decisions up to date
