Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Manager – Service Delivery & Business Analytics to lead service delivery and analytics for the Philippines GEO. The role focuses on delivering enterprise initiatives, developing executive dashboards, and driving data-informed decisions to enable digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Business Analytics, PMO, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise service and business initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and business performance insights.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and service excellence initiatives.
• Partner with Business, HR, Operations, IT, and Global teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support business requirements, UAT, release management, and change adoption.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
