Responsibilities

• Facilitate client and business unit meetings, ensuring effective data collection and clear insights.
• Develop and manage MIS to monitor team performance and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Ops Team Leads to ensure clear communication of issues and effective solutions.
• Mentor analysts to develop operational skills and ensure precision in tasks.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel with large datasets, pivot tables, and macros to support operations.
• Document business processes, screen flows, and business rules for consistency.
• Produce and distribute meeting minutes and deliver training materials to support team development.
