Job summary

Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking a Manager – Service Delivery & Business Analytics to lead service delivery initiatives, analytics, and operational excellence across the Philippines GEO. This role focuses on enterprise initiatives, executive dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

You will drive process improvements, partner with cross-functional teams, and enable digital transformation through advanced analytics and AI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Business Analytics, PMO, or Digital Transformation.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise service and business initiatives.
Manage project plans, timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder communications.
Develop executive dashboards, reports, and business performance insights.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Drive process improvements, automation, and service excellence initiatives.
Partner with Business, HR, Operations, IT, and Global teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Support business requirements, UAT, release management, and change adoption.
Leverage AI and digital tools to improve productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
