Sagility Philippines B.V Branch is seeking an experienced Reporting, Dashboards & Insights Analyst to deliver enterprise-level reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights from Manila to global stakeholders. You will design dashboards, analyze performance, and communicate findings that drive leadership decisions across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes data storytelling, executive-ready presentations, and partnership with US-based and regional teams to enable data-driven improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years (Professional) or 5+ years (Senior Professional) experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or equivalent BI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to perform trend analysis and insight development, not only report creation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with experience supporting senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise dashboards and scorecards across multiple account platforms.
• Perform trend analysis, variance, and root‑cause analysis across datasets and platforms.
• Translate analytical findings into concise, business‑friendly narratives for leadership.
• Partner with US-based and global stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Validate data accuracy and document metric definitions, logic, and assumptions.
