Job summary

Sutherland Philippines is seeking a Sr Manager - Reporting to lead reporting, analytics, and workforce planning across its sites in Hyderabad and Clark. The role demands strategic oversight, strong data insights, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

You will design and deliver executive dashboards, ensure data quality, drive standardization, and mentor a team of reporting analysts and workforce specialists to enable informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in reporting/analytics/workforce management.
• 2+ years in a senior management role, multi-site exposure.
• Proven track record of building scalable analytics frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of reporting tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, analytics, and workforce planning functions.
• Oversee design, development, and delivery of reports across sites.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across dashboards.
• Provide advanced analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
