Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a proactive professional to drive seller growth and enhance seller experience through strategic initiatives on FBS and warehouse onboarding. You will track core metrics, conduct seller interviews to surface pain points, and coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Product, and Customer Service to design and implement improvements, translating feedback into action items.

This is a fast-paced role requiring ownership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver

Qualifications

2-4+ years of experience in project management, seller operations, account management, or business operations.
Strong analytical mindset to diagnose pain points and build mitigation plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with external sellers and cross-functional partners.
Data-driven approach to track metrics, build reports, and guide decisions.
High ownership, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive Seller Growth & Experience: Lead strategic initiatives and projects to accelerate seller growth, optimize onboarding, and improve seller satisfaction with FBS.
Track & Report Key Metrics: Define, monitor, and report core operational and performance metrics for continuous improvements.
Seller Engagement & Voice of Customer: Conduct interviews/outreach with sellers to uncover pain points and feature requests.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Business Development, Product, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
Process Optimization: Identify gaps in fulfillment processes and translate feedback into action items.
