Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university.
• 3–7 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or similar in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, financial services, lending, payments, or fintech is a plus.
• Strong project management with a track record leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to extract insights and drive growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Passion for AI technologies and hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
