Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Manager to architect a resilient, tech-enabled security program for our Pampanga site.

You will lead strategic transformation, leverage predictive analytics, and drive a long‑term Genetec-based security roadmap including AI surveillance and IoT access control. You will coordinate with corporate and government partners, embed security in manufacturing workflows, and manage executive protection, incident response, and third-party security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in security management with strategic and tactical execution.
Proficiency in enterprise security platforms (Lenel, Genetec) and data-driven decisions.
Ability to lead teams through technological change and manage complex operations.
Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) and business continuity planning preferred.

Responsibilities

Architect a resilient, technology-driven security ecosystem for the site.
Drive predictive analytics and develop a long-term technology roadmap (Genetec, AI surveillance, IoT).
Oversee daily security operations: access control, surveillance, perimeter, LP, transport security.
Coordinate with corporate, government, and emergency services during incidents.
Embed security in manufacturing workflows and manage KPP and executive protection.
