Job summary

Velez Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Security Manager to design, implement, and continuously evaluate an enterprise-wide security management system across its multi-site operations in Cebu. This strategic role ensures the protection of personnel, assets, and continuity of operations.

You will lead governance, infrastructure security, disaster readiness, regulatory compliance, and vendor oversight, traveling across sites as needed to maintain robust security across the group's properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in private security services or equivalent.
• BOSH certification is a strong asset.
• CPP/PSP/CSM designations are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a unified Security Management System for multi-site operations.
• Oversee CCTV, biometric access control, and alarm networks.
• Lead disaster recovery, emergency planning, and incident investigations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local authorities and regulators.
• Manage vendor performance and optimize security spend.
