Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a Site Security Manager to architect a resilient, technology-driven security ecosystem for the Pampanga site. You will lead digital transformation, intelligence-led risk management, and protect people, assets and intellectual property.

Lead predictive analytics and a technology roadmap leveraging Genetec, with AI-enhanced surveillance, IoT access control, and automated monitoring to optimize security and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, or related field.
• 5+ years of security management experience in manufacturing/high-tech environments.
• Proficiency in enterprise security platforms (Lenel, Genetec).
• Ability to lead teams through technological change and manage security operations.
• Preferred: CPP/PSP certifications and business continuity planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Predictive analytics to elevate security operations with data-driven insights for leadership.
• Drive technology roadmap using Genetec; integrate AI surveillance, IoT access, and automated monitoring.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and develop long-term mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate crisis leadership and incident response with corporate, government, and emergency services.
• Integrate security protocols into manufacturing workflows to ensure continuity and minimal disruption.
• Execute robust personnel protection and high-value asset movement protocols in line with global standards.
• Coach teams in digital literacy, analytical thinking, and proactive threat detection.
• Manage security budget with ROI focus on automation and high-impact tech.
• Ensure daily security operations: access control, surveillance, perimeter integrity, loss prevention, transport security.
• Oversee security vendors and third-party personnel to ensure compliance.
