Job summary

P&G Manila is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to accelerate threat response using SOAR and AI-accelerated techniques. You will work with the InfoSec Cyber Defense Technology team to implement automation, orchestration, and rapid containment across global defenses.

You will collaborate with SOC, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response teams to design playbooks, integrate new log sources, and drive machine-speed remediation of AI-driven attacks, while aligning with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Proven experience in automating security operations with Python.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and API development.
• Experience with SOC and SOAR processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with SIEM systems and security datasets.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with SOC and Global Cyber Defense to enhance automation.
• Design and upgrade SOC processes with SOAR to reduce MTTC.
• Implement automated responses and playbooks for AI-driven threats.
• Integrate new log sources and develop playbooks for rapid triage and containment.
• Develop scripts and AI-assisted tooling to accelerate workflows.
• Assess alert statistics to minimize false positives and direct engineering efforts.
• Mature SOC playbooks and use cases for AI-enabled reconnaissance and attack automation.
• Engage stakeholders to align automation with business requirements.
