Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Manager to architect a resilient, tech-enabled security program for our Pampanga site.

You will lead strategic transformation, leverage predictive analytics, and drive a long‑term Genetec-based security roadmap including AI surveillance and IoT access control. You will coordinate with corporate and government partners, embed security in manufacturing workflows, and manage executive protection, incident response, and third-party security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in security management with strategic and tactical execution.
• Proficiency in enterprise security platforms (Lenel, Genetec) and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead teams through technological change and manage complex operations.
• Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) and business continuity planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect a resilient, technology-driven security ecosystem for the site.

• Oversee daily security operations: access control, surveillance, perimeter, LP, transport security.

The Site Security Manager is a strategic leader responsible for architecting a resilient, technology-driven security ecosystem for the site. This role emphasizes digital transformation, intelligence-led risk management, and long-term resilience, while ensuring effective execution of daily security operations to protect people, assets, and intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation

• Drive predictive analytics to shift operations from reactive to proactive, using KPIs and advanced intelligence.
• Develop and execute the long-term technology roadmap, leveraging the Genetec platform and integrating next-gen solutions (AI surveillance, IoT access control, automated monitoring).
• Lead vulnerability assessments and design mitigation strategies for emerging physical security threats.

Organizational Resilience & Stakeholder Management

• Act as strategic lead during security incidents, coordinating with corporate, government, and emergency services.
• Embed security protocols into manufacturing workflows to ensure business continuity.
• Implement robust Key Personnel Protection (KPP) and executive protection measures.

Tactical Command & Compliance

• Oversee daily security operations: access control, surveillance monitoring, perimeter integrity, loss prevention, and transport security.
• Manage performance and compliance of security personnel and third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in security management, with proven ability to bridge strategic planning and tactical execution in manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in enterprise security platforms (Lenel & Genetec); strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through technological change and manage complex operations.
• Preferred: Professional certifications (CPP, PSP) and experience in business continuity planning.
