Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security management or related field.
• 5+ years of security management experience in manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Proficiency in Lenel and Genetec platforms; data-driven decision making.
• Leadership to guide teams through technological change.
• CPP or PSP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect a resilient security ecosystem for the site.
• Lead predictive analytics and KPI-driven security operations.
• Drive Genetec-based technology roadmap and integration of AI/IoT.
• Oversee crisis leadership, business continuity, and incident response.
• Manage security personnel and third-party vendors.
• Ensure daily security operations, access control, and perimeter integrity.
