Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation in the Philippines seeks an AI and Security Tech Lead to drive AI strategy, ensure secure architecture, and oversee governance and risk.

You will lead security operations, manage cloud and data security, guide architects and engineers, and coordinate with stakeholders to align with ISO27001 and NIST standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience across IT, cybersecurity, architecture, software engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years in technology or security leadership.
• Strong experience in cloud, APIs, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM, AI agents, or AI governance preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering; Master’s is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI Strategy: Develop enterprise AI roadmap and identify high-value AI use cases
• AI Architecture: Design secure architecture for GenAI, ML, AI agents, APIs and data platforms
• AI Security: Protect AI models, prompts, data, applications, APIs and agents
• Cybersecurity: Lead security architecture, IAM, vulnerability management and security controls
• AI Governance: Establish AI policies, standards, risk assessment and responsible-AI controls
• Technology Architecture: Review technology designs and ensure security-by-design
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technology, cyber and AI risks
• Compliance: Align technology with ISO 27001, NIST, privacy and applicable Philippine regulations
• Incident Response: Provide technical leadership for significant security/AI incidents
• Vendor Management: Assess AI/cloud/security vendors and their technical and security risks
• Innovation: Evaluate emerging AI and cybersecurity technologies
