SAP SE is seeking a high-impact Solution Sales Executive to lead SAP Finance and Spend Management deals, guiding strategic account plans and executive engagements across assigned enterprise clients. You will drive end-to-end value realization, shape product roadmaps with AI-driven initiatives, and partner with top consulting firms to co-innovate and accelerate cloud revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
• Management consulting type profile with 10-15 Years Industry or Practitioner experience.
• B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder SaaS cycles and top-tier consulting.
• Proven experience in account management, solution sales, or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of solution sales, customer value realization, and account planning methodologies.
• Deep SAP and domain expertise, with strong understanding of AI and innovation trends.
• Maps value levers and tells a quantified ROI storytelling and compelling business case creation.
• Strategic thinking, business acumen, relationship building and client advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• 12 plus years' experience in a quota carrying role.
• 4 plus years' domain experience in applicable sub solution area domain either from related industry or consulting (Spend management solutions).

Responsibilities

• Own SAP Finance and Spend Management deal cycles, renewals, enablement, and executive engagement.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping and the customer value journey for SAP Finance and Spend Management.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Drive go-to-market for new products and influence the product roadmap, including AI initiatives.
• Create compelling ROI narratives and conduct strategic discovery and value leakage workshops.
• Navigate complex pricing and contractual discussions balancing client expectations with profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure GTM alignment.
• Establish C-suite engagements and quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Maintain relationships with strategic consulting partners for co-innovation.
• Support enablement, demos, and prototypes with updated assets and trial environments.
