Job summary

Westernacher Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Sales Lead to drive strategic transformation programs and deliver SAP solutions across local, regional, and global engagements from Manila. You will lead sales initiatives, nurture CXO relationships, and collaborate with practice leaders to ensure customer success.

The role requires proven SAP consulting sales experience, a strong network in the SAP ecosystem, and a track record of cross-market success in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling SAP consulting services or SAP managed services.
• Strong network within the SAP ecosystem and alliance partners.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise and CXO-level relationships.
• Experience selling across Southeast Asian markets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and long-term relationships with key clients across the region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive SAP solutions and services.
• Understand customer needs and propose tailored SAP solutions.
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline, delivering accurate forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Drive growth with existing accounts through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Engage in consultative selling turning business challenges into IT-enabled opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal practice leaders to deliver customer success.
• Serve as the single point of contact for operational matters (e.g AR, SOW).
• Report regularly to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
