• Lead end-to-end value journey with domain expertise; map processes and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Drive go-to-market for new products; engage early with customers and influence product roadmap; lead AI initiatives.
• Support solution advisors with demos, enablement programs, and customized POCs with customer data.
• Articulate ROI and value leakage; run discovery and workshops to accelerate executive buy-in.
